Town Council, at their December 11, 2018 meeting, approved the terms of reference for a Council Compensation Review Committee. This Committee will review the current level of remuneration/compensation and benefits paid to the Mayor and Members of Council, including but not limited to:

• health benefits,
• taxation issues (T-2200),
• 1/3 tax-free allowance elimination, and
• the provision of equipment and staffing resources.
